Ultrasonic cleaning tanks with TW Lifter series platform and with Tw RotoLifter series rotating basket
The TW Lifter and TE Rotolifter series ultrasonic cleaning tanks perform a single-pass degreasing process and are equipped with devices that facilitate immersion and extraction of parts. These devices consist of platforms that can be pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric, depending on the capacity. The tanks are PLC-controlled, and settings and cycles are programmable via a color touchscreen operator panel. In addition to immersion and extraction of parts, the platforms perform a vertical agitation movement. For parts with complex geometries or for small parts, the platform can be equipped with a rotating basket to facilitate degreasing and drying. We manufacture catalog models and customized solutions.
