A traditional, chemical-only washing tank can be transformed into an ultrasonic tank by equipping it with suitable ultrasonic transducers driven by electronic generators. The transducers can be submersible or flanged, and have frequencies of 25 kHz, 33 kHz, or 40 kHz, to best adapt the tank to any layout and usage situation. To measure the intensity of the ultrasound, we use our Cavitometer. Transforming a traditional tank into an industrial ultrasonic tank is quick and easy. Our devices can be installed in existing or new washing and plating systems, as well as in individual tanks, and even as spare parts. We produce standard models and customized solutions.
