ULTRASONIC MOLD WASHING. DIE CLEANING
Cleaning molds and dies, regardless of their use, is often a laborious process that, if not performed correctly, can cause damage to critical parts and areas, such as surfaces or sharp edges. As a replacement for mechanical cleaning methods such as sandblasting and shot peening, or cryogenic methods, ultrasonic mold cleaning, used with suitable detergents, allows the removal of contaminants even in the most hidden areas of the molds without damaging them. Ultrasonic cleaning technology is widely used and proven. In addition to superior results, ultrasonic tanks allow for higher production rates than other systems. Ultrasonic cleaning of steel or aluminum molds removes virtually every residue in the production of O-rings, gaskets, die casting, and stamping.
