Cavitometer for measuring cavitation in ultrasonic cleaning tanks
The Cavitometer allows you to verify the efficiency of ultrasonic baths by measuring cavitation intensity. The instrument is equipped with a 400 mm long probe to reach even the most difficult-to-reach areas of the bath. Frequency range is from 22 kHz to 40 kHz. Using the instrument is essential for objectively evaluating the intensity with which cavitation bubbles, the physical phenomenon underlying ultrasonic cleaning, implode. Empirical methods such as aluminum foil erosion are of little value because they are influenced by factors other than cavitation intensity. With the Cavitometer, it becomes possible to compare different baths, verify cleaning consistency over time, or notice when ultrasonic performance begins to decline.
