The CB series spray cleaning booths are suitable for degreasing medium and large parts. The cleaning action is performed by jets of water and detergent, positioned above, below, and to the sides of the parts, which strike them at high speed. The parts to be cleaned are placed on a trolley which, after being introduced into the cleaning chamber, is rotated horizontally. This ensures that all surfaces of the parts are sprayed, ensuring uniform treatment. The dispensing ramps are fed with liquid from storage tanks below the work chamber. Depending on the cleaning requirements, our metal and parts washing machines for mechanical parts can be equipped with multiple treatment stages in addition to degreasing, such as rinsing and drying.
