DEGREASING OF METALS AND OTHER MATERIALS PVD, CVD, PAINTING, PLATING AND OTHER COATINGS

Our machines and cleaning systems are also used for degreasing metals and components prior to other surface coatings such as galvanic, painting, PVD, etc. We specialize in the construction of water and detergent immersion systems for decorative and technical applications and solvent-based metal cleaners for the removal of organic compounds. For galvanic and painting treatments, such as cataphoresis, we supply submersible ultrasonic transducer assemblies for insertion into chemical cleaning tanks. Some of the products we have already worked on include lenses, optical components, precision instruments, electronic components, mechanical components, decorations and aesthetic coatings, and components for the aerospace and automotive industries.
