The TW series ultrasonic parts and metal washers, available in both small and large sizes, require parts to be placed in bulk in baskets or positioned or hung on frames, which can be static, oscillating, or rotating depending on their geometric characteristics. Cleaning is performed by immersion in a hot detergent solution, which generates cavitation. The intensity of the cleaning process can be adjusted by adjusting the operating frequency of the ultrasonic transducers. Cleaning with our ultrasonic parts washers removes even small contaminants, and because they are immersed, they cover all surfaces of the parts, even complex shapes. From 30 to 20,000 liters, our TW series ultrasonic parts washers and tanks can be operated manually or with lifting equipment such as overhead cranes or jib cranes, as they load from above.
