The optical industry produces metal and non-metallic frames, glass and plastic ophthalmic lenses, and optical filters for sunglasses. Our product range includes washers for glass and plastic lenses prior to vacuum anti-reflective coating, where high quality is required. We manufacture washers to remove polishing compounds from plastic or similar frames after tumbling. We insert ultrasound transducers into existing tanks in the galvanic plants used to treat metal frames. Plastic ophthalmic lenses are coated with special paints that harden the surface: we manufacture the machines to apply the paint. Optical filters, such as sunglass lenses, are generally colored with special solutions, which are also shaded. After coloring, the optical filter must be washed; we have the right washing machine.
