WLS Series Ultrasonic Solvent-Based Washing and Degreasing Systems

Industrial washing systems and solvent-based degreasers, depending on the type of product used, are particularly suitable for removing organic residues such as processing oils and polishing paste residues. The process occurs under immersion and can be catalyzed by ultrasound. The main advantages over water-based systems are easy workpiece drying and smaller footprint. The machines can operate under vacuum or at atmospheric pressure, in baskets or with workpieces positioned on a frame. We produce standard models and custom solutions.
