Industrial metal washing systems and machines.
Metal cleaning systems, also often called industrial washers or parts washers, are machines specifically designed to remove various types of contaminants from the surfaces of objects produced using a variety of manufacturing techniques. They may serve an ancillary function to the main processes that comprise the product production cycle, or they may represent a fundamental step. Consider, for example, the production of prosthetics, or small objects inserted into complex systems such as internal combustion engines, or even in aeronautical applications; it’s unthinkable that they could be used without removing residues from mechanical processing or polishing processes. This is where our industrial metal cleaning systems, using ultrasonic, spray, water, or solvents, come in.
WHAT TYPES OF WASHING SYSTEMS DO WE PRODUCE?
-
Water-based metal cleaning systems.Parts are processed in tanks containing water mixed with suitable detergents and operated at a temperature typically around 60°C. When chemical action alone is insufficient, mechanical cleaning solutions such as spraying, immersion jets, and ultrasound are used. Water-based cleaning systems are effective for removing water-soluble contaminants and can achieve very high cleaning specifications, or be upgraded to perform more complex chemical processes.

Low-boiling solvent metal cleaning systems. Parts are always immersed in a cleaning solution, which is composed of a pure solvent with a very low boiling point and is capable of dissolving oily residues and even non-polar materials. These types of cleaning machines are equipped with a distiller that allows for constant renewal of the cleaning fluid, ensuring it is always clean and effective. Waste disposal is reduced and problems related to heating parts, especially if they are temperature-sensitive, are avoided.

Industrial metal cleaners using modified alcohol. They use a high-boiling solvent to perform the cleaning process and are designed to operate at low pressure. The concept is similar to low-boiling solvent machines, but these machines perform the entire cycle in a single treatment chamber. They are designed to remove oils and turning residues. Unlike previous machines, which often use frames, in this case the workpieces are placed in cassettes that are then rotated inside the machine.
